Abinger House is the perfect home base for your visit to Victoria and southern Vancouver Island. We are located in the heart of Rockland, one of Victoria’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, conveniently close to the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Government House and Craigdarroch Castle.

Former owners of a four-star B&B in southern England, Susan and Michael bring hosting expertise and look forward to welcoming you to their English-style home. The B&B is situated within a private and beautifully landscaped garden, far removed from the city’s bustle.

Come and sit by the fire in the Library, watch TV or a DVD, play a game or enjoy our books and wireless internet access. Refreshments include coffee and tea, with cakes and cookies in the afternoon, and a fridge with complimentary soft drinks.

The Ranmore room

Enjoy the view from its balcony towards the distant Olympic Mountains with our rose garden in the foreground. Iron framed queen sized bed. A luxurious ensuite bathroom with heated tiled floors and a separate tub and shower.

The Westcott room

This quiet, peaceful room catches the morning sun. Queen size antique brass and cast iron bed. The elegant ensuite, with a heated tiled floor, features a  large jacuzzi style shower.

The Library

Come and sit by the fire, watch a television program, or a DVD, play a game or enjoy our books and wireless internet access. The Library is for our guest’s enjoyment.

Refreshments for our guests include coffee and tea, with cakes and cookies in the afternoon, and a fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks.
